The Stavronikita Vacation Home Community is an exemplary organized Holiday quarter, in cooperation with the Sani Resort Hotels it distinguishes the district as one of the most appealing summer holidays destinations in Greece, a place of the highest quality and aesthetic.

Our goal is to preserve this quality, protect it from any illegal construction and tasteless land planning, to care for the forest, to keep the environment clean and to achieve a viable environmental management.

The above issues exceed the capabilities of the Public Administration. For these reasons the Stavronikita Vacation Home Residents Association exists. It is the strength in unity that coordinates our actions and resources, the strenuous efforts, the contribution of Sani S.A. Company and the help of local authorities that  archieves a year long outcome, we all enjoy every summer.
